An innovative approach

In language education, one of the two key pillars of the learning process is the teacher, and the other is the learning material. YDS Publishing, which develops foreign language materials and handles their marketing and sales across Turkey, offers a broad range of products extending from preschool to primary, middle, and high school, as well as preparation for national examinations.

By closely tracking changes within the Ministry of National Education (MEB - the national education ministry of Turkey) system and staying current, we commit to delivering the accurate, timely, and high-quality content that teachers and students need.

How a book comes to life

Before reaching the shelves, a publication passes through six distinct stages. At every stage, the same key question is asked: will teachers be able to use this seamlessly in the classroom?

  1. Curriculum analysis

    Changes in the Ministry of National Education (MEB - the national education ministry of Turkey) system are closely monitored to identify precisely which pedagogical needs must be addressed at each level.

  2. Writing

    Our academic team, specialized in ELT publishing, designs the unit structure and drafts the content; activities and question types are calibrated to the proficiency level from the very start.

  3. Editing

    Our commitment to up-to-date, original, and error-free publishing is enforced at this stage: language accuracy, curriculum alignment, and question validity are meticulously vetted.

  4. Design and typesetting

    Page layouts, visuals, and typography are crafted with precision. The design aims for clear student navigation and effortless interaction on the board for teachers.

  5. Printing

    Once finalized for publication, books are printed in collaboration with Turkey's leading paper suppliers and print houses, then dispatched to our logistics center.

  6. Digital integration

    Digital counterparts of print materials are developed simultaneously: interactive whiteboard versions, mobile applications, audio files, and online resources launch alongside the physical book.

Our academic team, specialized in ELT publishing, adheres strictly to our core principles of producing current, original, and error-free material. Finalized titles are printed using top-tier paper suppliers and print houses in Turkey before being dispatched to our primary distribution hub.

Logistics Division

Orders submitted through our proprietary dealer portal are processed efficiently using advanced workflow tracking. Shipments are dispatched promptly via on-site courier logistics hubs; dealers can place and track orders in real time via our mobile application.

Teacher Training & Academic Support Division

Our team of teacher trainers and academic consultants, fully versed in ELT methodology and market dynamics, works alongside 150+ authorised dealers to deliver on-site training and promotional seminars to public and private school educators year-round.

Marketing & Sales Division

Supported by modern contact center platforms and CRM tools, our account representatives directly engage with an active database of over 50,000 educators. Providing immediate resolutions across dealer, institutional, and online channels is our founding standard.

Finance Division

Manages financial transactions, receivables, and payables across our network of dealers, clients, and suppliers, while maintaining fiscal oversight and budgeting.

All of our publications are produced entirely in Turkey. Content is authored by an academic team with deep familiarity with our country's educators and students, with design, printing, and digital production all handled domestically.

For us, local production is not merely a slogan, but a deliberate supply chain decision: sourcing paper, printing, and software within Turkey ensures full visibility over every production phase while keeping added value within the national economy.

We bring this exact philosophy to our international expansion. Exporting Turkish-made educational materials to educators abroad is more than a commercial metric; it showcases the depth of our nation's educational expertise.
